More Gorgeous Pics of Lisa!

Now that Lisa is back from her Honeymoon, she had past on a few more pictures for me to share. Lisa and Tim's wedding day was such an amazing October day. It created a wonderfully natural backdrop for photos. Enjoy!

What are the Odds?

I've paired up with a few photographers in the past few months and it has been fantastic. The craziest part is that two of them have the same name. Thankfully they are spelt differently so that I can differentiate between the two. haha.... The first is spelt Ariane and the second is Arianne. As if that name wasn't uncommon enough, I am blessed to work with two.
Arianne, the second one, actually comes as a pair. Her business - SaraBella photography (sabephotography.com) is a father daughter collaboration. Arianne and Roy have been a pleasure to work with. We have really hit is off and been successful in pleasing our customers (which is the most important part). Below are a few pictures from our first project together.

My First Bridal Hair

A big thanks goes out to my good friend Lisa for having confidence in me to boldly go where I had yet gone before. Lisa courageously asked me to take care of her hair and make-up on one of the most significant days of her life. She knew that I had yet done bridal hair but, knowing what I am capable of, Lisa gladly volunteered to be my first test subject. We practiced a few times to make sure that it would be perfect on the big day. And oh my goodness, it was magnificent! I couldn't have accomplished it without your support, Lisa. Thank you for believing in me! *Hugs*

My First Shoot with Ariane Jaschke (Capture Video + Photo)

Doing make-up, at a wedding in July, I got to chatting with videographer/photographer Ariane Jaschke (http://www.capturevideo.ca/) We hit it off and decided to team up. These next pics are from our first collaboration together. (Hair and make-up by me!)

More great shots by Rebecca De Jong

With this shoot, Gabriella requested a very soft and natural look. Near the end of the shoot we smoked up her eye make-up and gave her dark berry lips to coordinate with her change in wardrobe. Gosh this was a fun one!
To check out more of Rebecca's great work see http://www.rphotographer.com/

I'm Completely Mobile

Check out this pic to see just how mobile I am! haha....

This shoot was my second encounter working with - fabulous photographer - Rebecca De Jong (http://www.rphotographer.com/). Rebecca and I had planned to meet our client in the parking lot at Clayton Hills high school. I had no idea what I was going to do about a work surface. It's tough to do this kind of job without one. A light bulb wend on about an hour before our appointment - Why not take the ironing board? It was perfect and adjusted to just the right height.

Mass Picture Post

I just wanted to start off by posting a bunch of pics that I've saved up. Some of them go back to my Blanche MacDonald classroom days of 2006. Enjoy!

It's about time!

Well all,
I figured it was about time I started my blog page. Let me warn you, I'm not a writer but I'll try to keep things interesting.
